Disclaimer: I intentionally didn't choose more than one song per artist for this list. This was due to the fact so much good r&b came out this year, I wanted to highlight most of it.
Seemingly every year a new artist will pop up out of nowhere and release an amazing song that will take the r&b scene by storm. In 2010 to me that was G. Martin with his song "You." Although I didn't hear much else from him in 2010, this song remains one my favorites of the year.
