Disclaimer: I intentionally didn't choose more than one song per artist for this list. This was due to the fact so much good r&b came out this year, I wanted to highlight most of it.
Although the "Raymond vs. Raymond" album was not the type of project I was hoping for from Usher, he still managed to shine through in 2010 with the Rico Love penned "There Goes My Baby."
