Disclaimer: I intentionally didn't choose more than one song per artist for this list. This was due to the fact so much good r&b came out this year, I wanted to highlight most of it.
Unfortunately we still have yet to hear Avery Storm's debut album, but the good news in 2010 was we got a very solid mixtape from him. The Heatmarkerz produced "It's Not Over" was the standout track from the mixtape.
