Sean Garrett is considered one of the most talented writers in RnB today. "Err Day" is a song he wrote and recorded as a demo apparently for Usher's new album. He releaesd his debut album "Turbo 808" in 2008 and it failed to chart on the Billboard 200. He has a decent voice, but as you can tell from this demo, just like The Dream, he should stick to writing and leave the singing to the real singers.
